Featured Blog – Studio L Photography – Fox Valley, WI Wedding

We’ve been blogging with Laura of Studio L Photography since September. She needed some help catching up on blogging her busy wedding season, and we have loved every minute of it.

Laura is located in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, in-between Green Bay and Milwaukee. I personally didn’t know much about Wisconsin before working with Laura, but I have to tell you, that area makes for some stunning backdrops. With some of these wedding venues located on Lake Winnebago and others located against rolling fields – I was blown away by their beauty. And of course, the fact that Laura is a true artist and can capture these couples in love against these backgrounds makes for some perfect blog posts.

I love this featured blog not just for all the elements mentioned above but also because it has this wonderful sense of family and continuity. For example, Laura had photographed Eric’s (the featured groom’s) sister’s wedding a few years ago, and now her 2-year-old was the ring bearer for this wedding! Add in the beautiful bride, Meghan, and the picture-perfect use of the color yellow everywhere, and you have a winning blog post! Be sure to go see it in it’s entirety.

Thank you Laura for choosing us to help blog with you. We cannot wait to catch up again in 2015!

“I love Eric and Meghan’s Engagement story. Eric loves baseball and played for UW-Whitewater in college and now plays for the Pewaukee Muskies (his alter-ego from his accountant day job at Kohler Company!) He took Megan to a baseball field to play catch and hit some fly balls. After they went to collect all the stray baseballs, Eric came over to Meghan and told her she had forgotten one. He knelt down and opened the missed baseball like a ring box!”
