Thank you for scheduling your Social Media Reboot Session! We know you will be receiving the best headshots possible with Eric Gerard Photography and Simply Gorgeous by Erin Infantino.

Our hope is to make a compelling bio that you will be able to use across social media platforms to pair with your new images. Then you will truly be putting your best face forward in every way.

In order to do that, we need to get to know you a little better, and we have created a questionnaire to help us create this unique & personal document.
Some of the questions will require you to think a little about where you are and how you got here, so you don't have to fill it all in at once.
